Let's get together and celebrate Wikipedia this summer with a Wiknic!
- Location
- Welles Park. The park has picnic tables by the playground, and bathrooms are available within the fieldhouse.
- Time
- Sunday, July 13, 2pm-?
- About
- We'll discuss editing, frolicking, summer fun, and the joys of free information for all. There will be games, food, drink, and other cool stuff.
- Transit info
- The park is two blocks south of Western (Brown Line) station and is directly served by CTA bus routes 49 Western and 78 Montrose.
- Bring
- Food, drink, plates, utensils, and napkins will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring items to share, with allergens clearly marked.
